Chris, I got one similar to this. Oval from designs by sick .com. it was listed as babytaggytoys_002.art. It was free at the time 4/17/12. I made a template of the oval and the placement of the ribbons and marked the fabric.
Then I placed the ribbons in the marks and secured with
painters tape. So much easier than trying to pin. Just don't sew over the tape. The babies love the ones made of minkie. Maureen

THis is very cute! You could use one of the blob designs in DBC to do something similar.

The correct link is below. I've bought quite a few of the $1 designs from this site. Some really cute stuffies in the dollar designs and they have matching applique designs for $1 too. Remember it is in Australia and your US dollars need to be convertered. I think the dollar designs cost $1.05 US dollars.
