Kitchen knobber towel. I actually stitched the banana applique knobber a while back. Don't remember where it was from. I found this crazy fabric at one of my favorite shopping places. It is Mary Stewart for Elizabeth's Studio, probably discontinued by now as it was piled in pieces with hundreds other similar fabric on tables. The quilting ladies were grabbing all the licensed fabric recognizing their find and I was selecting things appealing to me not knowing the brand names. I did find some Loralie and Maxine. I knew who they were. This fabric in the applique is Bahama Mommas with their butts shaped like fruit. It is hilarious. More to come when I get around to it. I know the diamond shaped pieces would be great for beach bags. I welcome other suggestions. Kay

That is so colorful and all the stitching and boarders are neatly made. I found the design. I know my file is not named right so I'm thinking it is from Smart Needle.

Yes , the colors were chosen for the banana originally. The towel just seemed to be lacking something. I plan to give to my daughter. Can't wait to see her reaction!

What a great find! I think they would look great on beach bags and beach towels too.

I thought about beach towels, but did not know if the fabric applique would work. They are 8 x 8 in. maybe several all the way across the bottom of a beach towel.

Usually, I have an idea in mind when I buy fabric, but when I saw this, I knew I wanted it, but because it was so busy, I did not have a clue what to do. The lady who checked me out at the store suggested cutting the diamonds out and using individually. Kay

It looks like the fabric were made to go together. The colors of the blanket under the towel reflect the colors of the material you used for the towel. You did a great job. These aren't the colors in my kitchen, but I would take this bright cheery towel any day. Get a picture of your daughters face when you give it to here.

Superbe, j'adore les couleurs toniques pour le linge de cuisine. L'appliqué banane est en harmonie et le diamant tranche bien avec le fond.Félicitations pour votre travail et merci pour le partage. Amitiés de France.
