11.3.13 HELP! Why does embird changes often the colors of a saved design? Not so much in these example but this is so time-consuming to change it back next time you will use it. The display of my brother innovis isn't a big help to see which part you are stitching so the right name of the colors are necessary...

Greetings, Bettina
PS: Have found the wrong checkmark so the jumpstitches are not longer shown :o)

If you are deleting the .edr file, try saving it instead.
If that does not work, I hope someone can help.
I do not have the program -- but this comment will put it ttt

When I change the colors in Embird it gives me the option to save the color changes in the PES file and I do that and it retains them then. I do save color changes then save color palette then it asks if I want to save in the .PES file (that is the format I use). Hope this helps.

I will try not to put the edr and bak in the trashbin. Maybe this solves the problem? Will give it a try...
Thank you :o)

Hi Bettina - I am also having problems with my new machine. I gives me 4 makes of threads and tells me if I do not want to use any of them just to press any button again. The colours are still all wrong. It does not really matter just a little annoying.

HI bettina, with in embird there is the option to select which colour chart you wish to use, I select the one my machine works with the best, but not all colours do work for me either lol...
Big hugs from London
