You made out pretty good with the fabric and lace. That piece of floral looks like a good amount. Would look nice made up into a top/blouse.

Sally Anne is run by the Salvation Army. Its a store where you can shop for second hand things, People donate stuff they no longer need and its sold in these stores. Great place to find treasures like this one.
