My first modern quilt now finished. Also did insert the selvedge as an accent. Used stitch nr 13 on my Husqvarna Topaz 30 sewingmachine. Thread madeira multicoloured. Back fabric from IKEA, bathinggirls. And two closeups

Love it! And you have solved a "how will I quilt this?" problem for me at the same time. I love all the Husqvarna serpentine stitches - no other brand machines seem to have them or at least not such a variety. I will soon be quilting a modern quilt (once the piecing is finished) on my Husqvarna Ruby. Thanks for sharing.

It looks nice and fresh. Thanks for the idea of quilting with one of the serpentine stitches;never thought of that, it's either straight lines or meandering for me. Thanks for sharing!
