I need a nice design of a flying seagull..maybe with a sun or sunset behind it 4x4 hopefully free or cheap. I had one I liked but for some reason it will not work in my machine even though when put in the computer it shows that it is on the stick.

Thanks,
MJDG

Here is one at embroidery design, on sale right now, I can tell you they are hard to find in flight and with any amount of detail. I looked for a long time last year for a project I was working on and had a really hard time finding any,

Thanks,
That one won't work for what I want....but it is nice.
The one I had was more of an outline type, with few colors. I have one that I might have to use that is more like a drawing or cartoon...... Wonder why gulls in flight are so hard to find. Emb. Lib. doesn't even have any that I can use and that's unusual.

Thanks,
I probably won't be going there as I had a lot of trouble with that site earlier on and don't care to try it again.

The problem may be the hoop size or the design is the wrong size. Take it into Wilcom and look at size, My brother machine's have similar problems at times.

I tried that -- still didn't work. I've decided to use a seashell instead. I'm pressed for time so stopped looking for a gull.

Hi. I've done some Googling and have found a number of options which may be of some assistance. Unfortunately, the designs are to purchase only. The first link to Embroidery Library (Design F3843) is for a seagull in flight and is available in several sizes from 3.67" x 3.85" up to 7.45" x 7.80" ($5.49); the second link to Embroidery Supply shows a seagull in flight (Design No. FL799) and measures 0.85" x 1.85" ($3.50); and finally the link to Amazing Designs, 1.04" x 0.8" ($8.99). Also, if you Google 'Seagull Embroidery' and click on the Google Pictures you will find several other possible examples. Hope this helps.

Sorry, I tried to load the full link address directly to the design page but the address was too long. With the exception of Link 3, once on the home page for each site just enter the design code in the search box and this will take you to the design page. With the emblibrary site, once the design page has opened, click on the picture which will open another page of that design. You will see a link offering you the option to view each of the sizes available. Click on this link for all sizes.

Thank you so much for your trouble.... I have decided to put a small sea shell on it instead.
I'm testing all the designs ... am pressed for time and had a seashell that will work.
Thanks again.

Do you have any software? If so, take it into the software and try centering it in the hoop. Sometimes it is only a small thing that throws it off. Hugs. Nan W.
