In case you've missed me LOL, I am still alive and kicking. Just have so many projects on the go. Here is another bapron (hope you're not tired of seeing them). Baby is from Ace Points and the other elements I added from here and there.
thanks for looking

So cute! I always enjoy seeing your work. And, yes, I, for one, miss you when you don't show your masterpieces for a few days. Do you make your own bias and how do you get it so perfect??? Thanks for showing this girly bapron.

Thank you cece1
Yes I do make my own bias, I gave myself the wonderful gift of a bias maker machine which folds all your bias and then I just have to fold in half. I think sewing bias well comes with lots of practice and in the beginning lots of taking it off because it didn't work. My tip to you is if you plan on doing alot, definetly get the Simplicity Bias Tape maker and as binding ruler, don't cut bias to wide,I usually cut mine 1 3/4'' to make it 1/2, never pull on it when sewing and always make sure you have enough to finish your project before you start sewing. I learned this one the hard way, was missing about 4'' and had to take it all off. These are great gift ideas for Mother's Day.
hope this helps,
hugs

Thanks so much for the tips. I have the machine, and now maybe I will get the confidence to use it!! Still, mine will never look as professional as yours. Thanks again, and hope you are having a great weekend.
