The design & instructions are included in the link from Ann the Gran, Normally when I make these bags I can't do them with any embroidery designs as everything that goes into the microwave must be 100% cotton, I don't have that many colors of 100%cotton thread sew making a type of pillow case for the actual bag means you are open to any design that you like A much better idea.
