I have not doubt it helps, we all need visual aids, like I have a fake cigarette and just holding it keeps me from lighting a real one......9 months now!!!!

Neat design... "will power' where is it when I need it. I need this on a plaque by the ref. By the time I get to the soap it is to late I am washing crumbs off fingers.;-) Thanks for sharing.

I had a reflected moment of what my dad said about a baby girl shoveling in the food with both hands and without skipping a beat would toss a bite to one of their poodles. He said, "She is a two fisted eater." All I could think was a cookie in both fists. lol
