UK Cute get together. Today, four of us met at Ann's house for lunch and a chat and the at my house for coffee and more chat. We couldn't let that lot in Cape Town have all the fun!
In the picture squeezed onto my sofa are Pam (justsew), Ann (scottie) and Gill (gillemmerson). In the second picture we were helping Gill to work out how to put some bits together for a quilt.
Ann gave us a fantastic lunch and I'm sure we will be repeating the whole thing again before too long!

I thought perhaps that I might plan such a gathering for the blokes. Now, I accept that any photographic evidence of such a gathering would not be as good looking as these fine Cuties but you can't have everything! Furthermore, I'm not convinced that the term "Cuties" could be applied to a male gathering, so if I can find any to invite I shall call it a 'Gathering of Clots.'

In 1950's "Clot" was a popular description for what you might call a bonehead. I haven't heard it used for years!
