I don't know if anyone can help me but I became a fully paid up member yesterday but cannot get access to what I had believed to be membership areas of the site. For example, having tried to access the new Seahorse font the site will not accept either my user name or password. I have checked the receipt of membership but this only shows the transaction number. Many thanks.

You just go to the designs section and click on the picture of the design you want. On the right side you should see "Member download" click on the file type you need. If you are redirected to the pay here page, then give your membership a bit of time before accessing the designs.

Dennis the seahorse font is part of Cute Alphabet . If you became a paid member here on Cute that does not give you access to Cute Alphabet. That site has no membership. It is the new free font and maybe you can collect it slowly.

Dennis. Cute and Amazing each have their own membership. Cute Alphabet, Cute Cross Stitch and Adorable Applique have no membership at all but belong to the same owner and she has specials on those sites. Hope this helps
