I decided my girl bunny needed a friend, he is however abit bigger then she is. I think I will have to do something different with the eyes but am not sure what to do to make them show up better? You can see the size difference in the second picture, but after making her so small I decided once was enough! ;) I tea-dyed the muslin first.

They make a nice pair. As for his eyes, could you use a bit of paint (or a marker) to accentuate them?

Those are cute. What about using buttons for the eyes. The can be stitched on with a long doll needle.

I have stitched the eyes with this needle in order to make them so tight. My button selection just doesn't have the right "eyes" for this guy. Will have to keep searching for them Thanks Terre Hugs Loralye

He is adorable (she is too) and boys should be bigger than girls.
I would look for nice button eyes, they do sell them in with regular buttons and can be round or oval.
Keep up the good work....rsehorse is gonna love them...

Nice bunnies but I can't see what the boys eyes look like. You could use a prismacolour pencil to shade around the eyes or cut a felt shape to put between the eye & face to accentuate the eye. They do this on hand made fur teddy bears.

They are adorable..I had pretty much the same idea as killiecrankie.. but I would use some Eye shaddow or face powder with a firm makeup brush.. try it out on spare scrap first though other wise as jerrib suggests button eyes are good.. What ever you choose it will be great. Huggs Marian
