PLEASE HELP! I PURCHASED A DESIGN FROM EMBROIDERY LIBRARY, AND I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL FLASH DRIVE AND FROM COMPUTER TO MACHINE, BUT THE DESIGN DOES NOT SHOW ON MACHINE SCREEN.

Glad you figured it out. Sometimes we just need to walk away for a few minutes and then go back and tackle our problem. Hugs...Carol
What helped/fixed it? Just in case someone has the same problem and finds your thread. :) When I had this problem, it was because it was too big for my hoop so my Brother didn't recognize it.

Good you have found your problem. But I know from expericience if you ever would have problems, you can contact them. They helped me too in the past. No problems at all, great service.

I WOULD CONTACT EMBROIDERY LIBRARY AND TELL OF THE TROUBLE YOU ARE HAVING.
