CHRISTMAS TEA TOWELS - well ladies and gents! Here are my first two of eight Snowman tea towels I am doing for my annual Christmas ladies luncheon, which this year will be held in late November - have some other plans for The Ashes tour in early December!!!!! You pommies will understand that!
These designs are from Cute Embroidery and are very stitch intensive so I know they won't be coming undone in a hurry!
I did these two today at the Newcastle Sewing Guild (to which I belong) and all the ladies loved them. So next Thursday at my Embroidery Class I'll do a couple more and I might be able to tackle some over the weekend too. I just love the expression on these guys/gals faces. Love and blessings Chris
P.S. These are made in the 5x7 hoop and have over 22 thousand plus stitches - give or take a few.

Hah! Pommies, eh!! I will of course commiserate with all you convicts down there once the British and Irish Lions and then the England cricket team have finished with you! I'm not a harsh man.........just don't want you getting your hopes up and spoiling your Christmas.
So....back to embroidery.........and the tea towels are superb. Just one thing for you to consider. If you are giving these out as gifts at the same event, I do hope that the lady who gets the one with the longest nose will not think that you are trying to tell her something!! No...don't thank me......I just didn't want to think of your Christmas Ladies Luncheon turning into a bun fight.

Thanks Bettina, I knew they were from the Cute family, but for the life of me I couldn't remember which one he he he! I'm getting quite a collection now, as I've been doing this sort of thing for over 10 years! Time for a cleanout I think!

Mine were lost in my computer-crash so I have to wait until I can get the next membership. I was lazy with backups and so my last one was 10 month ago. Bad luck that this was the periode of my 6month-membership :o(
