I have been trying to figure out how to do this for a long time. I guess today was the day to just do it! It is an adjusted FSL rose on organza with angelina fiber. Then I did the frame from 5starfonts as a reversible applique, and at the end took out the tear away and placed the clear vinyl on top! It works! It is half a card. 1st pic so you can see the rose insert, 2nd is the front, 3rd is the back. Thanks for looking!

Well done Chris. I love the way you can see through the rose area with the angelina fibre and organza. It's turned out amazingly beautiful. Well thought out and it was indeed a challenge. Love and blessings Chris

Thank you, the challenge is the applique cutting, If I were a big time designer I would have accuquilt make me plates. I wasn't sure if it would work all the way through doing it.

Very pretty. Don't you love to do projects that challenge you to think outsde the box? It is so gratifying when they turn out like you imagined. And if they don't? well then you try again.
