Hi Cuties,I have P.E.Design 8, need program to split design for jumbo hoop,do you know what is the best or easiest program,I was thinking of P/E.design Next, I would appreciate any advice...Thank you Bernadette.....

There is an upgrade pack available to take you from PE Design 8 to PE Design Next, although like all software it is not cheap. I don't know enough about other software to be able to suggest alternatives.

I think you need someone like Christie who has a excellent knowledge of PE Design. What you are asking is not a area of PE 8 that I have done. I have had a quick look at my computer copy of PE 8 and suggestion 1 is look at ungrouping page 55 and suggestion 2 is page 149 for splitting. There is a excellent Yahoo group for learning more about digitising with PE design which I have added a link too. I would also suggest looking at Embroidery Library to see what they say. Have fun and let us know how it goes I am off to get some work finished

As Dennis says is it not cheap to go from PE 8 to Next
Thank you, I have never got to grips with PE design 8 I needed one to one tuition and nothing was available near me.the next upgrade is about £310 so not cheap... will try the link.
