Thanks Sue - I used all scrap pieces for this (polar fleece for the backing, white flannel for his tummy, and a faux suede for the black front piece). I also adhered a layer of cutaway stablizer on top of the black tear-away piece I had hooped, so it would be a little more sturdy. He is so cute and feels fuzzy on top with the flannel.
