I guess I am going backwards, this one looks great, and I will look for what pul means.

It's the fabric that the front feels like a smooth fabric and the back feels a little rubbery so the bib is waterproof so anything liquid doesn't go onto baby. Hope I explained it OK. I first heard of it from michemb when she used it for a bib and put it on here.
