Update on Emmaline Grace, my niece's daughter that you have been praying for. Her doctor's appointment Monday offered a great sigh of relief as the doctor believes the genetic abnormality to be localized, as in developing later in the pregnancy versus conception. She sees a specialist for her eyes tomorrow, which we are praying for a miracle as well. Then she will have a visit with a genetic specialist to confirm....thank you for your continued prayers for Emmaline. Ellie, however, still is not eating and they believe that she may have to have surgery to insert a tube directly into her stomach so she can keep food down. The doctor is now also concerned with Mia as she is showing signs of difficulty breathing, due to immature lungs. She needs to gain more weight so that her lungs can breath better. But at their six month checkup, the doctors said that the boys are more advanced than expected and the girls are right where they should be, but need to gain more weight.
