hello everyone, after a much needed vacation I was anxious to stitch something but I think I went a little over-board with this housecoat for our god-daughters up-coming birthday. I purchased the robe but took it apart to do the arm. I worked with metallic thread (& needle) & it worked like a charm (first time no thread breaks) I used fleece inside the hearts, she will be 9 & purple is her favorite color.

Glad your back been missing you on here. Love it and it is not overboard. I see it as showing your heart is with her. You love her! She has great color taste. Sure to be a wonderful birthday.

Nice to get away, but we do miss our machines! She'll love it - no one else will have one like it even if they have the same housecoat! Good job!
