I made some modifications to my ITH Monkey design. I wanted to see what it would look like with longer arms and legs, like a sock monkey. Here is a picture of what I came up with, my new "sock" monkey. I had to do his arms and legs on my sewing machine since I only have a 5x7 hoop. I am pleased with the results. What do you think? My great-nephew's room is all monkeys and I know he'd go crazy for this one. The monkey is adorable and so huggable, too! I like the long arms for the monkey; it'd be easier to lug around the house for the little ones.

Yes, I still did the everything in the hoop except for the legs. I started the arms in the hoop and then finished them with my sewing machine. Susan

I absolutely love him - but also love the shorter armed version. I've checked folksy.com and it doesn't appear you are selling the patterns for the monkey or rabbit any longer. I just discovered these and would LOVE to know where I could buy them. I only hope that would be enough reward for your talents and efforts!
