Something a little different. This is a cover (bag) to put my 9x13 cake pan in when I take treats somewhere. This was made a long time ago, I don't recall where the frame is from but it was free, and I added the rest. I also made one to fit the smaller pan. I'm posting this older photo to give you all inspiration.

I've done something simliar...but cheated. I use 2 pre-quilted placemats addind Unsul-bright so that the item inside would stay warm/cold. I usually embroidery a design that the hostess would like and leave it as a 'thank you' gift for including my family in the gathering. I really like the use of the spoon as the closure and will be using your idea next time.
Great job and love the design!
