More ITH Dresses for my little ones...Just love this new bodice which has the armholes done completely ITH and no bias tape...not a fan of bias tape armholes...whatever happened to good 'ole facings? Love the fact that the center design can be chosen to match the fabric...for both front and back (Photo 2) of bodice. Two down, three more to go! Hope my little ones like them as much as I do!

These are beautiful. They remind me of the ones Sonia Showalter sells on her site.

I have edited this post as it was not my intent to offend anyone..I was only responding to the many differences in the designs...as noted by other Cuties.
by sewromantic 13 Jun 2013
My original bodices were based on making pillowcase dresses. It was a fancier way to do them and very easy. I do provide facings with my patterns...the bias tape is an option for those who would rather do that. Also, my newest dress does contain the arm holes and a button in the back. I hope this helps with information about my bodices since it was brought up. :) Sonia

so cute - I agree with you about bias tape armholes. I have just changed a pattern to give me facings so I don't have to use bias tape.

Thanks, Loralye...I'm trying to write down the instructions as we speak...helps me down the road when I want to make them again...and I always have to list my "boo boo's" so I don't make them again!

I love the idea that you have made these totally in the Hoop. These are gorgeous - the bodices remind me of the ones from Sonia Showalter, except hers don't have the finished armholes like yours do. Love Chris

This is my own design and at this point I do not think that I will be selling it...I am in the process of writing the full instructions out and am awaiting feedback from my girls on the sizing and how they all fit...I should have the results back by this weekend...
