My sister and I are going to a huge quilter's stash (4 rooms!) sale today. 3,000+ bolts of fabric, plus tons of cut squares, etc., and loads of supplies and notions. I can't wait!!

I figure this kind of thing won't happen again in the near future, if at all.

I hope you had a wonderful time Maureen and got lots of lovely bargains. It's a quilter's fantasy to be let loose in a room full of that many bolts of fabric etc. Love and blessings Chris

When we got there, a little late, the cashier line circled 2 rooms, meaning it was about 2 hours waiting once you found what you wanted. By the time we were done, the line was 40 minutes long. I have to admit, it was a little overwhelming, with tables filling 2 rooms at the local fairgrounds. We were there about 5 hours and found lots of neat stuff; AND it goes on for 2 more days. Proceeds go to help the owner, who has Alzheimer's and is going into a home. Good cause, I thought. Maureen
