Shell Collecting Bags. Just started embroidering, and I made these simple drawstring bags for shells for my young family members that visit us at our beach house we just retired to! You guys on here are amazing. So very talented. I hope that I can one day get to your level. Thought I did okay on a beginners first attempt!

A warm welcome to Cute. You should be very proud of your achievements and the young members of your family will be delighted with these shell bags when they come to visit. How fortunate they are................whenever I went shell-collecting as a child, all I got was a bucket!

Welcome to Cute!! Love these bags!! I make a lot of bags - especially for wrapping Christmas and Birthday gifts. We use very little wrapping paper and the bags are unique and reusable - I am a big fan - well done!! Hugs, Laura*

What a cool idea. This way they won't go to the bottom of the beach bag, thrown out or broken quite as fast. I need to do something like that. Thanks for the idea.

That is a brilliant idea for shell collecting but you had better make many more as these will be gone home in a suitcase in no time! You have done a wonderful job embroidering them. I love this site and all of the friends I've made and help I've gotten. Welcome!
