LAVENDER SACHETS I purchased a bunch of very inexpensive clear boxes on ebay and this is one of the projects I decided to fill them with. I serge a seam in some nylon fabric to make a tube. I put my chosen amount of lavender in. Serge it closed. I then sew my sachet in the hoop....like a tissue holder. This way, I can embroider lovely designs. I remove from the hoop, invert, and add the nylon tube of lavender. I make two per box for lovely gifts that will keep their scent because they are contained in these boxes.
