I take your point regarding the jam. There was recently an undercover tv report into one of the UK's leading couriers and I just could not believe the lack of care. Parcels thrown 20 feet across the sorting area, etc., and that's not to mention the theft of goods from seemingly damaged boxes! Hang on......I'm getting on my soap box again.
