Carolyn has inspired me to make potato bags too, so I looked them up @ a time to stitch & the instructions said not to cook 1-2 potatoes in the big family bag so I made a little one for 1-2 & a big family bag. These are great quick gifts when needed & they work really well. Complete with cooking instructions

I don't really have a big supply of 100% cotton thread so embroidering a potato on the bag is not ideal. This fabric seemed to fit the bill .Although for the price of it I may have to buy more 100% cotton thread! It is quite dear. but I can make 3 like this out of one meter so not too bad.

This is the fabric I used for my last one. I did mine in the round. I am going to do this type of one now one small one and one reg.
