Well Gerry, it is clear that you are both close and dear friends in spirit at least and that is just as important. Not only that but you are both into jam making! You don't have a branch of the Womens Institute over there, do you? Now when you say that the strawberries are not ready yet, it's no good you keep eating them to test for ripeness. You'll have none left for the jam!!
