I've had some fun with this design. I started one this morning and as you can see there's quite a lot of stitches in it. Well about 3 colours from the end my machine decided to eat the design as the needle was going through a thick area. So I started one after lunch and I'm really thrilled with it. The design is from Julia's Needles. It's made in a 5x7 hoop and has nearly 42 thousand stitches. Love and blessings Chris

Thanks Diana, I hope it fits over my front door handle. This will be for my Christmas ladies lunch, which this year will be in November, due to us being in Adelaide for a couple of weeks. Love Chris

Thanks Chris, I'm only doing the snowman as that is my theme for this Christmas ladies lunch. Yes, I agree about the first one, waste of so much cotton. Love Chris

What an adorable snowman. That definately will bring some cheer on a cold winter day. I love how you finished it off with pinking shears.

An excellent outcome in spite of your earlier trials and tribulations. However, I'm beginning to wonder if you have a snowman fetish!! lol

He he he! The theme this year for my annual Christmas ladies lunch is SNOWMEN! Hence all the designs I can find relating to what I'm needing have these little fellows in them! Thanks for commenting. Love Chris
