HAHA--that shall be my excuse for future. I am constantly setting my coffee cup down and then can't find it--so frustrating--every day!! Guess I'll have to give up drinking. :-)

Okay, let me try to help. Based upon a number of admissions here at Cute regarding lost property, have you checked:

The back pocket of any of your trousers; the washing machine; the dishwasher; the microwave; your sewing box; if it's a pen or pencil you have lost.......check behind your ears; spectacles..........on top of your head; refuse bin(s); recycling bin(s); did you leave it at your recent Cutie Gathering..............if so, ask said Cutie to check some of the above; and finally (although this is not relevant but I just had to say it), if you were a married man, I would have strongly suggested that you ask your wife who undoubtedly would have been responsible for tidying it away somewhere. However, even this would not have helped since, although she would have remembered tidying it away, she would have forgotten where she had tidied it away to!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

When we can't find things, we blame it on Blacky , our virtual dog who seems to hide things everywhere !

I hope you have a young female friend that will come help you retrieve your disc, as your locating device seems to be on the fritz. In my house I always ask, "when did a uterus become a locating device?" Because I am the only one who can find anything!

It would appear that despite faily miserably to locate that part of the female brain containing the clue to the whereabouts of the mysteriously missing item (presumably as a result of female mult-tasking overload), your very good friends here at Cutie have come to your rescue by managing to misplace (loose) numerous files themselves, albeit that they all seem convinced that said files have transmitted themselves via the upper ether and have all landed snuggly at your place. Mindful of your import laws down your way, you had better check that they haven't arrived with banned foreign foodstuffs stuck to them!!

This is one of the funniest posts and Is reassuring to know that I am not alone in the world with that problem. I do have a suggestion. Pretend you don't need it anymore. That might help because i find that I always know where something is until I need it.
