Here are some of the quilts at the "Quilts in the Wolds" exhibition in Ludford Village Hall high up (by Lincolnshire standards) in the Wolds.

All of the quilts were beautiful - this is a fairly random selection of those I could get square on to to take a picture.
While I was there, I met a (male) machine embroiderer and digitiser and I hope I've persuaded him to join us here. (I thought Dennis would like some back-up!)

some amazing quilts there. But i still like the one that has a mind of its own and jumped back to the top.lol.

Thanks for sharing these beautiful quilts with us. I love the flowered one. I can never get too many flowers in my life. I am sure Dennis would like some moral support too.

I love the floral one best, though I admire the technique of the sampler in the third picture.

That floral one was the maker's first attempt at a quilt!!!!
