Just want to share with you my post that I put up on my Facebook page for my website:
Christie's Embroidery Cafe is off-line for a "short" time due to hackers, etc. who have gotten on my site and caused a lot of damage. I am hoping that things will get back to safe and normal real soon! At this point I do not know anything about the cost for cleaning the whole site, etc., but will keep you informed. The cost, will also depend on the future of the site, but trust that it will be taken care of, somehow. If there are any questions, etc. just contact me. PM or E-Mail.Thanks so much!
I'll be more than happy to send the next letters of the new font if anyone would like it. Just let me know. If you don't have my e-mail, drop me a PM and I'll send you the letters. Christie

Oh, Christie, hearing this just makes my heart sick! It is a shame there are such mean people in this world, but listening to the news it seems computer invasions and hacking is getting more common. Keep your chin up! You will rise above this; another of life's many challenges!

I am so sorry. I never understand why anyone wants to do that much damage. What do they get out of it? I hope it will not be too costly to get things running again.

Malicious hackers are like vandals. I will never understand the mentality of destroying something for no reason at all. I consider them worse than thieves. They are helping to ruin the economy.
