These are lace shoes I made for my not yet born granddaughter. They were almost completely in the hoop. I still can't figure out what kind of closures to use. Velcro didn't work and buttonholes are out as the lace is too delicate. The designs are from Stitch Delight. ~Pam

They are adorable!! Perhaps a thin ribbon to tie them closed would work? Anyway - they are really cute!

Thanks everyone. I wound up using medium metal sew in snaps. They don't shoe so I think it should work out well. I appreciate all of your comments!

I'd also use a fine lemon/yellow ribbon, it would fit in nicely and not cause any irritation. Love and blessings Chris
