Hi Cuties,
Came across this form and thought I would share it with you as I thought I was a great idea. Its a form to keep track of your embroidery designs. I am sure there is some software program out there that will also do this but I thought for those people who still like paper this is a good idea.
I have attached a picture of the form.

if you click onto the photo, a new window opens up which has a small magnifying glass as the cursor - gives a better view of your find - thanks contessasophie

Oh My Goodness!!! I should be so organised..... agonised more like it!!!
I like doing this sort of thing but I know I'd never keep it up even if I did set myself up with such a form. I envy and admire people who can be so self-disciplined.

Great idea to keep a paper trail and this certainly fits the bill.

Great idea! Can you save the document in a PDF then email? Thanks

Doing all this paperwork seems too much - fancy downloading 2 designs a day - that would mean 1 1/2 pack of printerpaper a year and quite a few printer cartridges.
I have an Access database but with limited information for my own designs.

I could see something like this being very useful for a commercial embroidery house with repeat embroidery business, but not for myself as a hobby embroiderer. I have problems finding the time to keep up with unzipping and categorizing.
