I like the ITH toy ideas, or it could be a doorhanger(like mops/mpos did on 'You', or cushion with 'I'm the big brother'.

How about a pillow case with his name on it? I made one of Sue's dinosaurs for my GD. She loved it. Have fun, Susan

a shirt or simple bag stating 'I'm a big brother' i did that once for the 1st child when his sister was born and he loved it, so did mom

I'd make him finger puppets! Kids just love them and they're small and portable. My dgs Ethan had me make a pillow and blankie for his frog finger puppet- so cute! Just a suggestion AND the ones I made were made by our own dear Sue!! I got them right here on Cute! I used a heavier type of fleece ( since I only have red felt) and used a sticky stabelizer and they came out great!
