In Alabama, we would call this a white trash planter. At Christmas, you'd spray it green, add a big bow, and hang it with rope over your fence for a redneck wreath. And, for the alternate white trash planter, take a chainsaw to a white tire and make a rick rack top edge, cutting deep enough that it splays outward. (Honest, they sell for $40 here. Whoda thunk it?) Okay, that's my horticulture for the day.
