This is a design I got from smartneedle...I think the bib is too small for a baby...probably good for a doll...fun to make, but was hoping for a little bit bigger, anyways hope you like it.

I have made them too & just enlarged them a bit & they fit nicely. It is very deceiving but try them on a teddy bear that is about the same size as a baby, you might be surprised. hugs & it is lovely anyway!
