ANNOUNCING the birth of Elanora Jane! She was born 4 hours ago.She weighs 6lbs 6ozs, even though she arrived 16 days before due.There was no option to stop labor this 4th time, as mom was quickly progressing.Mom and baby Nora doing fine.I tried to post a photo, even tho she was still not cleaned up, and I will try again, so scroll further down.First of all I thank the Lord for this blessing and now I thank my Cute family, that kept prayers for us.If I get to dl photos, notice she has her ring on and the burp cloth I made for Nora is on the top of moms bed.We will bring Nora's big brother Mason, and big sister Avery, later today to meet her.Made 2 trips to the hospital today and right now, I've got to get some sleep, been up all night.Love to all-Toogie

I will try to send a better photo when she is clean.They won't bathe her until her body temp is right.but I couldn't wait to show her.

Thank you. Well I have slept 1hr 45 min since I woke up early Thurday morning and it is now Friday night 9:30pm.We have Mason and Avery Claire and I 'plan' for all of us to sleep in tomorrow-Toogie

Thanks Chris, Avery's other gram, said Avery must have sensed something because she was giddie all morning, just nervous laughter.We finally got Mason to hold her long enough to get a few photos, he said she was hurting his arm b/c she was heavy.-T

You know, for me it was a new experience because I was a grandmother for the first time, all my feelings were a bit mixed up at the time :)

Bela, I gave Ashley your message and she just beamed. I know what you mean about your feelings. I think we are so emotional, because of the stress, lack of sleep , relief, and all the love combined. I and my daughter, were the only ones I know that cried at the birth and today all day I just wanted to go hide and have a good cry. I am so thankful it is over.Dr/Uncle Barry got a neonatal physician from the NICU,to examine her and his words after a head to toe check said,'She couldn't be more perfect', thank the good Lord. My youngest was born 20 days early and weighed 8lb1oz whereas one of my daughters was born 6 days late and weighed 2950 gr (6lb8oz if I'm correct - different countries of birth, different weight system) . As long as they are healthy who cares, they grow fast enough.

Thank you mops, and yes, she'll grow fast. She latched on to the mom with no trouble at all. LOL- The dr gave her a good check-up and she seems to be fine-Toogie
