ITH Patchwork Pin Cushions.
These are done all in the hoop except for a little hand sewing to slip stitch the opening closed.
The set has 10 different patchwork blocks with quilting.
They are my own design and can be hung from the bobbin spool of your machine or put on your wrist.

Beautiful. Can stuff them with steel wool (saw this on here day or so ago) & your pins & needles will stay sharp!

As for using steel wool to stuff it, I wouldn't recommend it. Steel wool rusts and if you live in an area of high humidity or rainfall, it will most certainly rust.
