Russian Doll Tissue Box Cover
I used Omas tissue box, but replaced the designs with the redwork Russian Doll designs I've had for a while. Had to shorten those a little bit to fit.

Turned out very nice. Does it fit a US Kleenex boutique? And how much hand sewing is requried (i.e. just turning an closing things or more)? My hands are not so good so I don't want to have to sew the pieces together by hand....

You only need to hand tack the 4 corners. All the sewing is by machine.
