Coasters - I have tested the design a few times and are now satisfied with my attempt of the freebie from S-embroidery. To give the cutwork coaster more stability I have added a piece of the same fabric at the back - before the last two stitchings, which is the decorative stitch and the satin around the design.

Oh, this is very nice. I also add the back piece and I save all of my "stitch witch", "heat and bond or steam a seam tiny scraps and I insert a few and then put the back on. Then iron. Uses up the itty bitty scraps and keeps the coaster nice and flat.
