Cornflower and barley border.
It started as a flower for a placemat, but then I loved the blue so much I went on and on and on. This was the last one before the alphabet that I had yet to stitch, which I did just now.
I think I'll have to make at least a runner or a tablecloth to use them all.

Another lovely cornflower design. I am sure you will find a way to use them. Shirley

They just grow and grow. I wish gardening was as much fun!

Gardening is my husband's compartment - as long as I don't volunteer too many suggestions it stays that way. :)
Well done!

I love this color combo but the cornflower is such a pretty blue. There are blue flowers but few compared to all the colors out there. Guess that is why this one always sticks out with me. You have done a remarkable job!

Well, Martine, when you have such a beautiful stitching, it can go on forever....just fabulous!!

Thanks, Vicky. What I'd like to do next would be an oval or rectangular frame. It's so nice playing with design elements and coming up with something new.

Thanks Chris. I am so pleased with it myself I made a screensaver from the designs and 3 of the letters of the cornflower alfa (thought about A, B and C but chose MNR my initials). Such fun to see them being "sewn out" on the black screen. The colours really pop!
