I need to know what you think. When doing ITH with multiple layers, how far apart should the pieces be. Is 3 mm enough. I say no! the digitizing is such that I can't do the pieces individually. I asked the site owner to separate them - even if they had to go to the next larger hoop and she replied with nonsense. she also said to do it on the regular machine, which of course I can do, however I did not pay for the designs to do that! and with that I think she should supply paper patterns. It is difficult to accommondate a customer request and provide your designs in different hoops? I have seen it before, and it is much easier on my health, and why I have the bigger machine. I have enough physical pain, I do not need additional stress to complete my projects. I do not know if she visits here, and at this point don't care, you will see my pieces in projects when I am satisfied with them. Thank you for letting me vent.

Ohhh, 3mm is not very much space...I hope you are able to work this out....shame that the owner wasn't more receptive...you can't be the only one who has purchased and had issues...

This is something to vent about. Since she has the original designs, it should be a snap to adapt the pattern for ease of use. Bad customer support.
I just wrote to a designer whose table runner pattern I bought. 2 of the patterns are wrongly sized. She told me that no one else had complained, and I could just adjest the other parts. Really? I did, but what a lot of extra work on my part. I've been waiting til I cool down a bit to write again, and ask for the patterns I paid for. Not to mention the other one who misspelled MARSHMALLOW as marshmellow, and told me she had seen it both ways, and refused to tell me the font so I could perhaps fix it myself.
I think I might stick with those who actually care about their customers and will work to deliver a good product.
Keep at her, good luck to you.
Jo

If the digitizer refuses to help you out. It might be a good idea to warn others about the site so they don't have the same issue.

I made another suggestion to the digitizer, to put into her next design. If anyone really wants to know they can PM me.
