This is what I made from an old pair of my husbands old jeans. The design was too big for my 7x5 and was one colour. so my husband had a go at digitising to split the design into three and add colour. It was not easy to stitch out on my very basic brother you can hardly see what it is going to stitch on my display panel, so we think it looks ok.. and I made it into the bag for Whitby Folk week in the UK, I am a 60s Gall too.

This is my Husband in his jacket , YES HE HAS LONG HAIR. and his design on his jacket is why he wanted to help so much.. We are both ready for Whitby Folk week now ..

Great bag, nice use of the back pocket too. The jacket is now very special. Nice to have your husband do the splitting for you and a very good job at lining the parts up.

Thank you Mops, he put a little cross on each bit printed it out and and used that to line up . not sure if this is how it should be done. it was very difficult on my machine with B&W rubbish display .
