Lovely doily!!I love the colours you used. Is not it nice how the effect of the light on the different stitch directions give the impression you used much more than 3 colours. Nice work!! You are so good with those doilies!
I only used 3 shades of pink but digitised in different colours. I now have them as a screensaver and against the black of the screen the green and pink look quite dramatic. Made a screensaver of the cornflowers too and vhange them around every other day. He he.

Thank you, Martine. I have used one shade of pink, shiny rayon thread (Rose Cherise) for all the flowers but the light reflected on each petal differently, giving the impression of each petal being a different shade from the others. It's fantastic! Thank you for your great digitizing, I love that!

In the green the effect is less but you still see different shades in the picture while it's only one. I love it, it makes the embroidery so much more interesting. It is a shame when people digitise petals separately and then use the same stitch direction for all of them.
