This lovely print fabric came from a yard sale in Portland, Maine. My friend Jacqui had been shopping for me in Joann's and she added this to the haul. With the help of a plain black waist band and binding it was just enough to make a skirt with eight panels. I couldn't resist using the scraps to applique a vest which I had just taken off the washing line. I used the same design as on the black and white musical t-shirt I posted the other day. The complete outfit probably cost $1!

This is super! The fabric makes me think of butterflies and flowers. I love your flowers and their placement on shirt.
