Katulle likes to combine multiple designs and I have a feeling she's done so here. I found a site that lists free designs. Here's the link to it. You can check these out and you may find a suitable leaf border for around MOPS Oval Applique Border (link for this is also included). Then any nice Lily of the Valley will do for design. Also link for eyelet used for drawstring.<br /><br />
