I'm in a group project right now making cards. My card is embroidered using paper cardstock. It has the same density as store-bought cards. Easily accessible in office supply stores and even big box stores. The design is 5x7. I used metallic thread for the diamond in her ring. It really shines, too! The inside has a smaller piece of cardstock glued in place to cover up those stitches. I am very please with how it turned out. I really like it! I hope my group does, too!
