Had quite a day today. I got to see my best friend from high school today. It has been 38 years since I last saw her. It was so nice to see her again. Came home and went to the grocery store. It was raining and before I knew it my feet went out from under me and I fell flat on my back in the parking lot. So glad my daughter was there with me. I am OK but a little sore. Just want to warn everyone when it is raining do not walk on the painted lines in a parking lot. I did not realize how slippery they get in the rain. It was as if I stepped on ice. hugs to all, Susan

Nice to catch up with an old friend. Sorry to hear about your fall and happy that you are okay. You will be sore for a few days I am sure. Next year will be my 50th High school reunion. I planned the 40th, so hope someone else plans the 50th. Hugs Jerri

Glad to hear that you did not suffer any serious injury in your fall. It is a good thing your daughter was with you. Take it easy and rest for a few days because I imagine by now you are feeling the soreness. Hugs, Mary

Oh my! Good advice about the painted lines. I am grateful that in spite of a fall that could have been serious, you had a great day with reconnecting with an old friend and had your daughter with you too. Use ice today and tomorrow and then switch to heat to keep the swelling down and the soreness in control.

Wow! and you are so right. I tend to get hurt when I am in a hurry. I hate that! We have had 2 mild winters and I think we are in for it this year!
